It was developed by Kevin Roberts, who authored a book called Lovemarks. Roberts used the Love/Respect Axis to describe how any brand can build loyalty with their consumers.

I was so struck at the simplicity of the Love/Respect Axis that I put together a quick video to show what coaches and consultants can learn from this.
In fact, the axis fully explains why most coaches and consultants are not getting the attention or achieving the influence they deserve, even if they have a signature process or a smart brain.
