Growth of Virtual Job Fairs: USA Today

Virtual events are rising in popularity and so too are virtual job fairs. According to a story written by Anita Bruzzese for USA Today, job seekers and employers can connect with each other from the comforts of home or office.

What I really like about this model is that job seekers will be judged more on merit than on appearance. Employers will be forced to judge a person’s suitability for a job based on the person’s accomplishments rather than how they look.

The job fair is hosted by Unisfair, a leading provider of virtual trade shows and job fairs.
