In a previous blog post, I shared the 7 areas that you should never outsource. So, that begs the question:
“What areas of my business or ministry are outsourceable to a virtual team?”
The role of your virtual team is to do. Most virtual teams come with a project manager, so you’ll relay to that person what needs to be done and they’ll assign the tasks to members on their team. The virtual team will contact you if they need clarity and they work diligently to get the tasks done by your deadline. And they do so with excellence.
So, here are the 10 things you must outsource so you grow your ministry or business:
#1 – Technology Setup & Support

Tasks include: Book cover design, Kindle ebook cover design, eProduct design, banner design, logo design, custom WordPress theme layout, course material layout.
#5 – Video & Audio Support
Tasks include: Audio/video editing, creating screen capture or Camtasia video, uploading to YouTube, voice over work, podcast production, online radio setup, teleclass production and setup, CD/DVD duplication.

#8 – Administrative Support

You probably noticed that I just recommended you outsource writing (which I said here that you should not outsource)…
On Wednesday July 17th at 12pm Eastern, I’ll explain why I’m contradicting myself on this one task. You’ll see that you should both outsource and not outsource this task and I’ll share the difference.
Here’s what else I’ll share:
- What a Faithfully Rich Team is and how you can use one to free up your time and bring more joy to your ministry or business
- How to find a Faithfully Rich Team without writing up a job description or posting your request on a freelance website
- The 7 things you should never outsource and what you should delegate instead
- The 7 mindset shifts you need to make so you finally outsource the tasks you hate for good
- The 5 ways you’ll know that you’re ready to hire a virtual team
- How a virtual assistant, sales coach and marketing mentor have used a virtual team to help them increase profits and decrease stress (you’ll hear their case studies in this session)
- And details about my **BRAND NEW** program where you’ll get access to the virtual team who helps me in my business for as little as $12/hour.This is NOT another information product. You’re busy and you don’t need to add more training to your already packed calendar. Instead, you’ll get complete access to the project manager and the team I use to get things done.
