One day when my dad and I were visiting my sister, my niece was running back and forth between the living room and the kitchen.
When I asked my dad why he was chuckling as my niece thundered by, he replied:
“She runs on her tippy toes, just like you did when you were small.”
It was in that moment that I realized that the one thing I had been trying to hide was the very thing that makes me unique.
If you’re used to talking fast and moving quickly, this manifesto is for you…
I share some lessons learned as to why some of us run on our tippy toes. And if you’ve ever tried slowing down, I’ll share why for some of us, that doesn’t work.
If you want to stop running erratically and start living on your tippy toes, download the manifesto here.
